"I couldn't hear you"

Move the phone closer (about a hand's width), make the sound a bit louder and avoid covering the microphone at the bottom of the phone. Allow the microphone for Parrotly in Settings > Parrotly > Microphone. Close other apps that use the microphone, such as a call or a voice recorder.

I hear no sound from the phone

Turn the volume up and check the silent switch: Parrotly plays sounds even when the switch is on silent, but not when the volume is at zero.

Restore a purchase

Me > Restore purchases, or on the paywall. Use the Apple Account you bought with. A Party Pass is restored with its original 7-day window.

Cancel a subscription

Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Parrotly Pro > Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

Delete your data

Parrotly > Me > Delete my data. Or delete the app.
